About the role
Rise Financial Group is a Swiss-Finnish fintech transforming financial admin for small and mid-sized businesses. We bring accounting, payroll, payments, reporting, and banking together into one whole, where AI automates the routine and takes away the pain of admin. With Rise, founders and professionals see their company's finances in real time, make better decisions, and free up their time for growth.
We build AI-powered solutions that change how professional-services and SaaS companies handle their finances β without manual bookkeeping. The company is backed by experienced fintech veterans, including the co-founder of Paytrail. Rise Financial's mission is to make financial admin completely painless: with smart technology, Swiss precision, and Finnish practicality.
We're now looking for a salesperson who can talk naturally with professional-services and SaaS founders about their company's finances.
The role
You're the face of Rise to new customers. Your work includes:
- As part of the sales team, reaching out to SMEs and showing them how Rise changes their financial admin
- Running sales conversations where you understand the customer's financial reality and bring solutions to the table
- Closing deals and building the trust that carries a long customer relationship
- Bringing insight from the field back to the product team: what customers need, what's not working
We're looking for someone who
- Has worked as an entrepreneur, or otherwise knows the day-to-day of running a small business
- Has B2B sales experience and knows what it takes to sell results
- Understands financial admin and can talk about an SME's bookkeeping, invoicing, and cash flow
- Sells by listening β you spot the customer's problem and connect it to the solution
- Communicates fluently in Finnish, and in English when needed
- Gets excited about technology and about doing things smarter

- The work is mostly remote, hybrid when needed
- The role is filled as soon as we find the right person
- You're occasionally up for travel, e.g. to team days and customer events
