We build AI-powered services that change how professional-services and SaaS companies handle their finances — without manual bookkeeping. Rise Financial's mission is to make financial management completely painless: smart technology, Swiss precision, and Finnish practicality.

We're growing the accounting team and hiring for two roles right now — an Accountant & Payroll Specialist and an Accountant at an earlier stage in their career. Read both below and apply for the one that fits you.

Role 1: Accountant & Payroll Specialist

We're looking for an accounting and payroll professional who wants to do the work smarter than before. In this role you're a core part of our team, and your responsibilities include:

• Handling clients' bookkeeping together with the team
• Running payroll and making sure salaries, side costs, and filings are correct and on time
• Helping automate bookkeeping and payroll processes — and bringing the development team real needs and ideas from the day-to-day work

Who we're looking for

• You hold a KLT qualification (or you want one) and have several years of bookkeeping experience
• You have payroll experience. You know how salaries, holiday pay, side costs, and official filings work in practice. A payroll certification (PHT) is a plus
• You're allowed to hate manual entry and data work — you get excited about automation, technology, and new tools. But you can still do the manual work when it's needed
• You communicate fluently in Finnish, both internally and with clients, and in English when needed
• You understand how professional-services and/or software companies operate
• You're interested in growth, in building things, and in doing the work smarter

Pay: around €3,500–4,500 per month. If the fit is truly excellent, we're ready to build an even better package.

Role 2: Accountant

We're also looking for an accountant with the fundamentals in place, ready to build speed and depth on top of them. In this role you're a core part of our team, and your responsibilities include:

• Handling clients' bookkeeping together with the team
• Helping automate bookkeeping processes — and bringing the development team real needs and ideas from the day-to-day work

Who we're looking for

• You have around 3–10 years of bookkeeping experience — the fundamentals are solid, and you're ready to move forward fast
• You're interested in working toward a KLT qualification
• Your appetite grows with what you learn — the more you pick up, the more you want to take on
• You're allowed to hate manual entry and data work — you get excited about automation, technology, and new tools. But you can still do the manual work when it's needed
• You communicate fluently in Finnish, both internally and with clients, and in English when needed
• You understand how professional-services and/or software companies operate
• You're interested in growth, in building things, and in doing the work smarter

Pay: around €2,900–3,500 per month, depending on experience. If the fit is truly excellent, we're ready to build an even better package.
